Dear Mike and Justin,

We would like to express our appreciation on the work that you did on our retaining walls. We couldn’t have asked for a more organized, thorough and hard working group than yourselves. We were both amazed on how quickly you were able to put our walls up and how great they look. In addition, we thought that little things like sweeping up the driveway and sidewalk before you left for the day was very considerate.

We will definitely tell our friends and co-workers on how much we enjoyed doing business with you and will highly recommend you for any landscaping/retaining wall projects they may have. As you know, we have already told our building contractor about how satisfied we are with the work you have done for us.
