Professional behavior (no smoking, no vulgar language, on time, and clean work site).
Reputable, highly recommended service (company uniforms are worn at all times)
“Get the job done” attitudes
Trustworthiness and responsiveness
Consistency in staff
Michael Krintz – Co-Founder
Michael grew up in the farming community of rural Sauk County. With a strong background in farming, trucking and construction, Michael was more than prepared for the hard work and demands of the landscaping industry. Michael began as Proscape’s in house “Pond Expert” and focused on larger outdoor living projects. His main focus today is to continue the company’s expansion and growth without sacrificing the work ethic and family atmosphere he founded it on.
Christine Krintz – CFO
Christine grew up for most of childhood in Reedsburg before moving to Lodi. She worked in the bookkeeping department at M&I Bank and KD’s Bar and Grill prior to joining the Proscapes team. Christine takes care of all the accounting, payroll and oversees daily operations when she can get Michael out of the office. Besides Proscapes, she also takes care of Lazy K Transport, sister company to Proscapes. Christine and Michael live in Poynette with their daughter Macelyn, and two dogs Tasha and Diesel.
Bob Wambach – Sales/Design
Bob began his green industry career mowing lawns at age 12. After completing Greenhouse Production and Nursery Management programs he transferred to the UW Madison Horticulture Program. He has continued his education earning his real estate license and many industry certifications. Mike and Bob were cooperative competitors 20 years ago when Bob owned Pond and Patio, inc. In 2009 he sold the business and has since joined the Proscapes team.
Justin Johnson – Co-Founder – Retired
Justin also grew up in Sauk County and attended the University of Wisconsin in Platteville for building construction management. Justin, having years of experience in large and small landscape construction companies, was the teacher and trainer for all of valuable our employees at Proscapes LLC.
In the Fall of 2013, Co-Owner Justin T. Johnson made a life changing decision due to health and personal reasons and left the company, saying goodbye to company he helped build. Justin and Michael remain very good friends and finds time to stop by the shop and some jobsites nearly weekly. Justin lives near Sauk City with his wife Tammy and their daughter Allison.
Allen Neverdahl – Pond tech
Allen has been on the Proscapes team since 2002. We pride ourselves on being a family owned and operated business, and Allen, as Michael’s cousin, is one of the best examples of that. He was the first person Proscapes LLC put on the payroll and we have never looked back. Allen teaches the new personnel proper landscape techniques and is responsible for all of the pond service, lighting repair, and small brick repair calls.
Chad Zimmerman – Foreman
Starting in the spring of 2012, with an eye for detail and goal of perfection, Chad is a perfect addition to the Proscapes LLC team. As Michael’s other cousin, shows again Proscapes is committed to family and to delivering the best landscaping services in the Madison area.
Lance Smith – Foreman
Lance joined Proscapes LLC in 2006. His farming background and strong work ethic keeps projects on track for everyone’s benefit – crew and customers alike. He has a great ability to keep the crew running smoothly every day. (We can’t seem to find a piece of equipment that he can’t run.)
Adam Ballweg - Softscape foreman
Yet another of Mike’s relatives is our Softscape Foreman. Adam has been with Proscapes since 2014 and completes all of our planting and seeding work in summer and oversees sidewalk operations in winter.
Lenne Millard – Office Manager
Lenne is the voice you hear when you call the office and the glue that keeps everything together. With an 18 year background in customer service, Lenne is an integral part of the Proscapes LLC team. When Lenne in not working she enjoys spending time with her two daughters.
Sharon Krintz – Office assistant
Sharon Krintz – Mike's Mother Sharon is our office assistant/house Mom and keeps up on all of the filing and organization. Sharon’s trusty assistant James (dogger) who wants to know if anyone has any food.
The Rest Are The Best
All of our seasonal and part time employees are invaluable to us. Watching our crews work together is often like watching a well-oiled machine. We are happy to say we cannot imagine having a better crew to work with.
